I’m learning to be a better remote manager, and this didn’t bore me!
This was recommended by a friend for its tried-and-true tactics, splashed with humor, for employee engagement and retention while shifting to PT (and eventual FT) remote work.
The examples are thoughtful, clever jokes are strewn throughout, and the authors credible.
So far the tactics I’ve implemented have been successful. Feedback from my team is great. I’m buying a hard copy to use as my Work Bible.

Wow very impressive in terms of content and performance. I learned a lot about managing remote teams and truly enjoyed listening to this one. The authors are well respected in their field and they deliver the message in an incredibly engaging way. Highly recommended.

Excellent book!
