Potato or potahto, it's not pea-onie!

The story is pretty interesting, I enjoyed the prequels. The narrator of this story is making my ears bleed. Do authors have no input to the recording of their their books? I know what a Peony is, and who she is from the other story, but I have no idea what a Pea-onie is. It's rattling my brain every time I hear it and it's extremely distracting!

Fae world

Book 1 of Far Prison academy follows Virgie into the same Fae world as Nocturna Academy. I was thrilled to see that there is a spinoff series to the Nocturna Academy!! This new series shows us what happens next after what happens at the academy. I loved seeing several of the Fae students in this spinoff series and seeing one of my beloved Fae.
Virgie has certainly grown in this book from previous academy books and I like that she has finally grown a backbone of sorts. We find ourselves in the Summer court where Virgie learns of her new powers and ancestry and she is told she must attend school to learn and be able to control her newfound powers to help King Peter. But Virgie doesn’t believe in what the King is telling his people. Can she work against him in his own kingdom? Can she get away with it? Pick this spinoff series to find out!!
I did listen to the audiobook and I loved it! The narrator portrayed Virgie perfectly and I felt like she was the the right choice to portray her and other characters as well.

Good book

I enjoyed the book nice start to a new series fun and entertaining story I can't wait to hear the rest series.

Great story

Great start to a new series, While this may be book one to the series there is a prequel that you can listen to that will help you know what is going on in case you have not read other books in the author's backlist which are set in the same world and gives the backgrounds for the characters. This book is the beginning for Virgie and let me say she is now in a better place. The narrator did great

Light Read

The Narrators did a good job with this book. Overall it was a good story and I can't wait for Her to grow stronger.

Loved this book!

What an exciting and thrilling adventure! I really enjoyed the combination of mythical creatures in this book. From vampires to different types of fae, I was certainly on the edge of my seat listening to this book and would definitely recommend it!

Virgie's Journey

This book follows Virgie as she goes to the summer court . In this spin off things may seem safe and wonderful on the outside but it is only a step above Nocturnal Academy . This book is full of court intrigue , secrets ,and deception . Virgie must find out who her allies are and who has alterier motives , while she guards Onyx's secrets and carves a place for herself .

Really good book!!

I really enjoyed this book! It was a very good story and could not stop listening once I started it! I am anxious for the sequel to follow!!!

Amazing

Having not read the books before this one I wasn't sure how if I would be able to follow it , but rest assured it was no problem. I loved the different couples mixed in the story, the evil king is so bad and the fight to freedom over the three books is amazing. Not going to give spoilers but just to say I got the first book and bought book 2 and 3 the next day as I couldn't leave them down.... Must read

Decent story

This is book 3 in the series. I've read better, but I've also read far worse. I'd say it's a YA story, a little cliche following the basic template really well. With that said, it held me and I do still want to know how it ends. The story ends in the middle, at a cliff hanger.

The narrator did a good job, I could tell each character apart from another. She was a good match for this story.
