Ryan Help
Acerca de esta escucha
Learn how to cope with your fears, worries and concerns related to being in intimate relationships. Learn how to deal with fear of intimacy now.
The author, Ryan Help, has helped tens of thousands of people all over the world learn how to be happy, joyous, and free while being in intimate relationships.
A few tips from this audiobook on relationships:
1. Loving yourself is an inside job, but when you surround yourself with people who recognize your unique gifts and talents, you will find that their encouragement and praise will help you love yourself. We all like being praised and hate being criticized. Seek interaction with people who will celebrate your gifts and talents.
2. Let go of the past. This is easier said than done, right? The truth is you have to learn how to live in the present moment. You can't beat yourself up over your past failures. Every day is a new beginning. I have a good friend of mine who says that "you have to get up one more time than you fall down."
3. Leave abusive relationships behind. If someone in your life is constantly putting you down, you may be in an abusive relationship. You cannot be a doormat for people to step on. If you are in an abusive relationship, seek help immediately. Verbal, physical, sexual, emotional, and spiritual abuse are common throughout the world. The chances are really high that you can find help in your local community.
As you can see, the author writes in such a way that you won't be wasting your time sifting through a bunch of useless fluff. No! Ryan gives straightforward information that you can begin applying to your life quickly.
Get this audiobook today and start overcoming your relationship anxiety now. Nothing changes if nothing changes. This is your chance to overcome your fears and start enjoying your relationship to the full.

This book sheds light on two seemingly opposing ideas: Divorce or breakups, and marriage or intact relationships. Most of it helps you cope with the heartbreak of being dumped, breaking up, going through moving out, or even signing the divorce papers. It is meant to help those who have experienced this see things in a different light, and at the same time, accept what cannot be changed.

Codependency is a relationship in which one person needs to rely on others for self-worth or approval. This relationship can cause anxiety or shame that keeps one from focusing on one’s own needs and desires. It can also lead one to feel entitled and jealous when the codependent partner doesn’t share some priority they perceive themselves to have in their life. Codependency can be characterized by having an attitude of “shoulding” on another person. Communicating this self-perceived problem can lead to an improved relationship between the two people involved.

Marriage is mostly working on yourself and learning to deal with someone else’s imperfections. In this particular book, we are going to address a few of the most common, most important ones. First, the will and skill to forgive has made more people happier in their relationships than you can probably imagine. Next, one of our worst vices, the tendency to wrath, to explode in anger, is actually in all of us. So it’s one of the things that can make or break your marriage, and it relates to forgiveness as well.

some good pointers
.It definitely has good points and advice like journaling and keeping up routines for self love. The audio voice was not a very good match for this book is honestly my number one complaint I feel as if some other person narrated it , I would have appreciated more. Also I feel as if it needs more examples on how to effectively communicate with your partner.

No qualifications and heavily religious
I was skeptical when it started with saying they had no qualifications in relationships or psychology. But I pushed on. Experience can definitely be a qualification. But not in this case. The narrator was dry and monotone, and the writer credits religion for any progress they made. It’s just someone’s story of failed relationships, and then rebounding, to the needless description of women with large breasts. How does someone get published and a book on audible with no qualifications?
