Beginners must have this book

If you want to learn how to generate wealth through real estate and don't want to go to a cheesy seminar then this book is for you. The amount of high-quality information that is packed into this book is tremendous. Upon completion of this book, you will be able to find, negotiate, close, generate income, and sell any rental property you deem worthy. This book is a very pragmatic and useful resource on your journey to wealth creation via real estate.

A very good entry level read for the beginner

A very good entry-level read for the beginner. It answers a lot of questions one might have when they are first starting out. I have read a few of his books now, and he is really growing on me and I find his delivery of information pretty solid and informative

This is the best!

If I could recommend one book to start with for real estate investing, this would be it. While there is some overlap with the free Ultimate Beginner's Guide, this is a much better product. In this book, you don't get a whole lot of motivational fluff. You do, however, get a good introduction to several different aspects of investing, and a good introduction to some of the rules of thumb that apply to each. There are also real-world examples of people who have used the strategies described and done well. All in all, I'd say that you should start here. You won't be an expert after reading this, but you will know what you need to learn and the whole process of becoming an investor will become less intimidating and daunting.

I would recommend this audiobook to any person looking to get involved in real estate investing. It’s important to have an understanding of how real estate investing works and this book will give you the information you need before making an investment decision.

Missing PDF

I'm not sure if it's my phone. But this is the 2nd title I'm having a difficult time downloading the accompanying PDF file. Other than that I think the book is very informative.

Good, general introductory course that takes you through the entire process. This simplified visual course is a nice over view of the Real Estate Terms for a first time home buyer. It is also a nice refresher for anyone who is already familiar with the home buying process.

The real deal!

This book is extremely good at bringing to the forefront the keys to real estate investment. While it focuses on buying, improving, renting and flipping it also gives a firm basis of the numbers side.

Just Great Period

My dad is a real estate broker and has experience of 30 years. Short answer is, yes, you will definitely be expected to drive around clients. It most likely won't be too often but you will want a nice four door safe sedan or SUV.

Good variety but needs labeled chapters

this was the most comprehensive book on real estate and rental property investing that I've read. I feel fully prepared to begin investing and we'll use this as a resource as I continue on my journey.
