Income taxes are an annual event; you must be able to predict their impact on your bottom line; how are they calculated; what can you deduct? When you sell your property Capital Gaines Taxes are due, sometimes they can be deferred using a 1031 Exchange, you will learn about these issues and the recent tax changes.
