Struggled with narration
Struggled with the narrator's voice. Too airy and young sounding for a 31 year old business woman from NYC, much less the two male characters

Enjoyed book
The story started out exciting, then major slump in the middle before finishing good in the final 10 or so chapters. The major irritating factor was having ONLY a female narrator. The female narrator did as good as any one narrator could do alone, but for goodness sakes, the practice of one narrator performing all the different characters really takes away from the story!!!!

Doom and Gloom
This is one of the worse books I’ve purchased. Hope I can get my credit back. I keep hoping it will get better but it isn’t. Don’t waste your time of money. I’m on chapter 8 and can’t go on.

Awful. Don’t waste the time or money
The plot is awful, amd most of it makes no sense. The main character saves all of her money in NYC for years and doesn’t have enough saved to buy a fixer upper in the south with a mortgage to sell as a fixer upper? Ridiculous. And that doesn’t include the unrealistic plot of becoming an alcoholic in 2 months time.
So much awful.
