Acerca de esta escucha

I swear I am not the kind of person who gets her cell phone caught in places that require an ER trip and an OBGYN.

But apparently, I am.

I’m also not the kind of person who spends all her time thinking about the guy who got away.

But apparently, I am, too.

Starting a new life in Boston isn’t supposed to include repeatedly embarrassing myself in public, meeting a crazy blond woman who has ties to the band Random Acts of Crazy, and definitely isn’t supposed to include wallowing in a past I thought I’d left behind four years ago.

But apparently, it does.

And the drummer for the band, Sam Hinton, is the boy I loved in high school and who disappeared with my heart. Now he’s back, better than ever.

Second chances aren’t supposed to make scars disappear and hearts mend.

But apparently, they can.

If you trust enough.

* * *

Fate took their lives by storm four years ago and put an unbreachable gulf between Sam and Amy. Can time really heal all wounds...or are some scars too deep?

The second book in the Random series (after New York Times and USA Today best seller Random Acts of Crazy), Random Acts of Trust is a romantic comedy that explores the love between one man and one woman and ends with one happily ever after (and no cliff-hangers or chickens!).

And you’ll never look at a cell phone the same way again.

Manages to talk about serious issues, yet keeps things funny and captivating. As always great narration by Andi Arndt and Sebastian York.

Just as good as the first

I loved the beginning of this book, I literally was giggling out loud when Amy's book was speaking on the metro. The fact that she meets Darlow right away, then sees the sign for the band, really was random.
Amy and Sam's story is so heartbreaking from the past that it it really makes you root for them in the future.
this is definitely a must listen book. can't wait for the next one to come out.

Heartbreaking past, brings feelings back to presen

Sam and Amy's story is so sweet and shows that love can last forever, Julia adds enough darla, Joe, trevor and Liam to the mix that's makes you want more.

awesome narration.
I didn't feel the depth in their chemistry. that's why I considered it simple.
it's a good story overall.

A bit simple of a story for me

Random acts of Trust had me In Stitches. I laughed so hard I cried. Andi Arndt really brought the character of Darla to life. The twist and turns of this wacky groups life is amazing, fun, and totally makes you fall head over heels in love with Trevor, Darla, Joe, Sam, and Amy. I am getting the next book in the series now so I can continue to stay in my happy place. Worth the CREDIT!

Simply stunning

After listening to the first in the series, Random Acts of Crazy, I was excited to listen to this one. The first was so funny and kept me laughing all the way through. This did not disappoint.

There was plenty of DARLA in this one to keep us happy and guessing what she was going to say next. The missing phone scene, it was the gift that kept on giving.

Julia Kent has a way of writing comedy that isn't forced, but just plain funny. You will find yourself laughing and smiling through this entire story.

Andi Arndt and Sebastian York deliver wonderful performance that encompass the comedy, and the tragic parts of the story. But never fear, the sadness doesn't last long

Funny - and more funny
