Easy to understand
What an incredible book. I believe I have listened to this book at least 12 times and even purchased a physical book so that I could reference information easily. The information is delivered in a way that makes it easy to understand and put into practice in REAL TIME and in REAL LIFE. I am grateful that the author decided to share their experiences and knowledge so that we can change and improve our lives.

This book guided me how to heal myself.
The author’s honesty is detailed. I learned the how to deal with the many different things with a great majority of my immediate family member’s. I didn’t know I could get past painful memories. The author gave me the tools I needed to know to change my thought processing & organize my conscious, access my subconscious . I understand that underlying issues are why I had severe depression & illnesses, forgive myself for things I did that tormented me for decades. I finally realized I had resentment, anger & mental, emotional & psychological pain. I used to express in my journal my immense love & gratitude to God for the innumerable blessing’s He’s bestowed on me throughout my life. It’s no coincidence that this book is a necessary guide on how to work on me, accept my life learning experiences from my mistakes. My loving God answered my prayer’s for obtaining the knowledge, strength & ability to become a better person. A lot of what I needed to learn & apply is here in this book. I’m grateful to Allah for people who share the real issues in depth. I can’t change the world but I can make my life better, ( heart, mind, body, soul……).
