Well that went darker than I thought

This was one hell of a roller coaster! The smexxy was top of the line!! The story was one for the books for an OV! Gobbled this up in one sitting!

I really liked it

The story was good. I liked how close they were and were able to reconnect as adults. As omegaverses go the heat scene was pretty short

Love

This series is pulling me in. I adored this one. Jade and the guys were childhood friends. Circumstances split them apart but watching them come together (plus one) was everything. I loved Jade’s spirit. She took no crap and stood up to everyone including her alphas. There were twists and turns but I loved their story. The rockstar aspect was the perfect mix to set this story apart in the series. I loved how each one has had a unique take. On to the next!

Some minor annoyances

Overall the book wasn't bad but the nicknames got on my nerves. It wasn't just the name choices but also how the narrator said them. Jelly bean just seemed weird and while I liked darling much more, the way it was said irked my nerves by the end.

Queen of Clubs

The story was meh. It had too many tropes, and some done poorly. Omegaverse when the boyfriends are boyfriends is usually hot but not when the brother trope is included and they are aholes to each other. The dark aspects of the book felt forced. The drama between the women gave the ick. None of the MMCs goveled. Which is why the OW fighting felt odd.
