Essential for every incoming officer
The bare minimum starting place for books one should read if considering or undertaking the burden of leadership in almpst any capacity. Much of the information is timeless and boundless if you want the basics this is it.
Theres far less outdated information and its applicability is obvious so confusion should be minimal.
