This is the perfect book. Natural medicine is so much better for the body, and in situations where you can't get pharma, you need to know what herbs and plants to use for various issues.

Talk about being prepared!

I am so glad they have lists of herbs and their usage. I will be using that all the time. I can't wait to try all the balm recipes. The hormonal balance is especially important to me. I am glad I have this book to reference essential oil uses too. I learned a lot just about the different teas we buy at the store.

It provides a lot of insights on how to build traps or fishing rods with makeshift materials; recognize wild herbs, berries, and edible mushrooms; building tents or huts with what nature provides.

I loved that not only do they give you the steps to do first aid, but it also lists the procedures to think. They help you with mental preparedness.
