Some successful project managers use wrong project tools, while some unsuccessful managers use "state-of-the-art" project tools. author does a good job getting the message accross on key project management principles that should be considered for effective execution.

Good Reminders

I enjoyed this. A lot of the "lessons" are cliche, but served as good reminders. The format introduced a new context or perspective for some of the lessons that I hadn't thought of before. Overall a good listen.

Weird story along the way to useful PM points.

Was he on acid? The voodoo doll mirror stories were weird and unnecessary. Good lessons learned.
