Outstanding Book With a Great Message
You don’t have to be in the bar business to appreciate the main message in this book. It’s as much about building culture and hiring the right people as it is about growing a bar empire…in fact you can’t do one without the other. I am in HR and I’ve read a lot of books in the human resources space. This is one of the best books I’ve read about business or HR. Loved the history of the bar business too. Learned a bunch in this entertaining book!
