Excellent book
The mind is a powerful thing. This book addresses the mental challenges associated with achieving a healthy lifestyle and healthy weight. The audiobook is obviously dated as it often refers to “cassettes” and recommends “low-fat” instead of healthy fat but other than that there is valuable information in this book!

wasn't a fan
I couldn't finish this one. It was a struggle just to do half of it. It might be good for some people but I couldn't buy into chapter after chapter of telling me to say "I release my bla bla bla..." I'm not saying it doesn't work, it just wasn't what I was looking for.
