This story is an extension of the Masters and Mercenaries series. I love the stories that come out of Sean Taggert's restaurant, Top. Tiffany is a waitress and Sebastian is a sommelier. As a soldier who was wounded and retired, he has his own hangups. Tiffany with her sweetness helps heal Sebastian's pain. In the process, he saves her from some trouble from her past. Love these stories of the Veterans who are a part of Top!

Exceptional story of a war hero ...

... and a woman strong enough to love him. I’d like to thank Ms Blake for addressing an emotional circumstance with such grace. To maybe show that there can still be a beautiful life for those that lose limbs in service to our country. Great narration by Mr York.

Sexy, witty, chemistry!

Sebastian reading Sebastian! Swoon. I loved listening to this book. The chemistry and story between the two characters was just lovely. It had all the feels and had me laughing out loud.

I really liked this book. Sebastian is, perhaps, the most physically challenged of the vets. This book was about his physical struggles. Superbly narrated by the Uber talented Sebastian York, this book is a winner from start to finish. Five Stars.

Sebastian and Tiffany are quite the pair,he’s a jaded former soldier, refusing to get close to anyone and she’s a quirky artist,out to get the man of her dreams.

A beautiful emotional charged romance with real issues,witty humor,hot sexiness and a blended family. Definitely Perfectly Paired!

Loved the narration, Sebastian York brought out all the emotions in each character.

I learn so much from this series! The struggles of Sebastian are written with so much compassion and thoughtfulness. Glad he has Tiffany in his life!

My first comment has to be about the narration and the narrator. As always, Sebastian York gave a flawless performance and his voice...oh my, what can I write; his voice always affects my lady parts!(sigh)

This particular novel has a hero that is an Army Vet that comes home from war as a double amputee. When he gets home, he is hit with the ultimate betrayal. In addition, his family doesn’t have his back; the Taggerts do!
This tortured soul finds his Savior at Topped, the restaurant they both work at! Even though this is a spin-off of the original M & M series, it still has many of the original characters from the original series and they are as crazy as ever. Of course, there is a villain and a death defying rescue; everything you’ve come to expect from this crazy group of former military members. You won’t want to skip this book, so hit download, you won’t be disappointed!
