Romance at its best but with family love and responsibility wrapped in a wonderful read❤️

Not sure I disliked anything but I wanted it to go on and on. Most of Kristen Ashley books I reread this one is no exception.

My favorite epilogue! Amazing book, which should be no surprise to any fan of Kristen’s work.

Assembly line writing

Generally like this author. Her books are generally as addicting as warm buttery popcorn. This one was tougher to chew because the popcorn was stale.

Fantastic!

I honestly believe that this author can write any genre she chooses. Whether it's romantic suspense, supernatural or (almost) cosy mystery with an historical bent, in my eyes she slays them all!

At The Downs we meet and fall in love with the Talyn siblings. The eldest, Battle, Duke of Burleigh, excels in his role of patriarch and is dedicated to protecting and providing for his three sisters.

Vivienne Dupree is a novelist with a particular interest in history and a visitor to The Downs.
She has a mystery to solve involving her great great grandfather, Charlie and Harmony, one of the Talyn ancestors and resident of the family home.

Determined to use this couple as a basis for her upcoming novel, Vivi and her friend Prudence set about hunting for some missing correspondence between the young lovers, but first, she needs to secure permission from the Duke.

Perfect In Every Way unfolds with beautiful friendships and some attraction developing. The story of Battle and Vivienne is intense and immediate, although all the teasing was almost my undoing!

Battle proves over and over again the type of man he is, making it more and more difficult for Vivienne to keep a handle on how quickly their relationship is moving, but she throws caution to the wind and holds on for the ride!

This book ticked every one of my 'I love reading' boxes! There's romance, mystery, personal struggles, eccentricity and the strongest sense of family ever.

There is nothing in this book that I didn't enjoy...even Chelsea and Battle's handling of her.

I can't wait for another mysterious manor in this Manors and Mysteries series!
