Over the years I have owned more cats than dogs. I cry when they have crossed over. I have pictures of them as I see many of the cats I now have resemble prior cats as well as my dogs.

The stories she shares are very touching. At first it appears the author is talking about our past lives not animals, then it makes sense that she is indicating the pass lives of the animals. I like the different types of meditations at the end of the book, it is so soothing. I had been asking this question "do animals reincarnate" ? and she does says and gives examples of it having her clients relive their lives

I do not agree with is that we were an animal in prior lives. Though, it is not the same, I do have animal spirits around me, but does not mean I was one of them. Then again this is only my opinion.
