This book could have been one chapter long. The main substance this book is trying to get across is repeated constantly throughout. Virtual narration sucks, as with all virtual narration books. What I learned: Journal, meditate, Be kind to yourself, take small breaks every 25 minutes, get sleep. Now you don't need to listen to this book. You are welcome!
