What would you do?

In a situation that these young people were accidentally put in, they managed to survive. Despite having to deal with death all around them, extreme cold, no water, and the fact that the search for them had been called off, these incredibly resilient survivors did what it took to live. A very compelling and spellbinding story narrated by a talented young man. You feel like you are there.
I highly recommend this book.

The book is transformative and transcends the mind. The tragedy awakened many who survived the plane crash.

Absolutely LOVED this. Extremely inspiring.

What a harrowing experience. And yet, he survived. My favorite part was a deeply moving religious experience he had that has never left him in all the years since the accident.

Such an inspiration. Gives you goosebumps! Highly recommend. What an incredible story, and one that can give so much hope to those needing it.

Couldn’t stop Listening.

Incredible narrator that was able to switch from English pronunciation to Latin pronunciation flawlessly. Hope I said that right. I was vaguely familiar with the story, but found I knew very little about it. It was extremely well done.

wonderful, but for the order

An amazing story with a lovely narrator, but my 4 star review is sheerly from the order the story is told in and the repetitiveness of if in certain moments.

True story about death and survival

Very interesting true story where a harrowing and unbelievable experience ultimately turns into a lifetime of spiritual wonder. Well written although difficult to listen to at times. The narrator did a good job for the most part but for some reason I found his voice and manner of speaking annoying, as he seemed to be speaking in a loud whisper throughout. 😕

New and thoughtful perspective

I’ve read Alive, seen the movie, seen the newer Society of the Snow, and while there isn’t necessarily any new information here, there is a new perspective that I found interesting and worth the listen.
