About the Author

Marie was brought up as a devout Christian and began her lifelong pursuit of God at the age of 18. Marie enjoys sharing the love of God through her books of poetry. Her hope and prayer is that her listeners will experience the reality of God's love. By profession, Marie is a qualified nurse and a musician. She lives with her husband, Milton, who is also a qualified nurse, and they have a wonderful family of two lovely daughters.

Helps put me at ease

I find this book very useful. I like to put it on in times of stress or need...basically whenever you need to pray or find your strength with God. I am working with my 7 year old son to understand prayer more and this has been a great listen right before bed. We turn it on for a little bit and it is calming and puts us in a good head space for evening prayers!

Very Helpful

In my time of need, I look to god and prayer to help get me through the tough moments in my life. Affirmation audiobooks have been a very positive impact on me. I enjoy listening to this audiobook because it helped me become re-aligned with god to heal me in my desperate times of need. I am new to listening to Christian poetry but it is now something I am a fan of!

You will find so much relevance in this beautiful audiobook if you are a person of faith. It has lovely original poetry and a wealth of relevant scriptures that will help you focus on how important God is in your life and how important you are to him. It always strikes me that we ask different things of God depending on the day we are having, and he never lets us down. This book doesn't let down either, as it offers a variety of ways to connect with your personal God. A heart-warming, relaxing, but meaningful listen.

The poet has a gift! You could jump into this audiobook at any point, and you'll always find a beautiful turn of phrase. And the narration is fantastic. It's a joy to listen to.,
