In short, I love animals and was reluctant to leave my work behind for maternity leave.

But now that I'm a mom, I'm trying to instill that same love of animals in my kiddo. It fills my heart to see him try to move turtles out of the road, rescue jellyfish on the beach, and save moths that get into the house.

The world around us is fascinating, as is the wildlife in it. My goal is to inspire a love and respect for this planet that'll make the next generation socially and environmentally conscious and motivate them to protect the earth, its inhabitants, and its resources. Entertaining!

This book is great for the kiddos and I even learned some things I didn't know. I think this book will be great for road trips!

I enjoyed this audio.
This book I bought for my niece, but found myself listening to the entire book the first day I got it.
It is written in such an educational and interesting way.

Great book

My nature-loving kiddos enjoyed learning unique facts about some of their favorite animals. It’s entertaining, informative, humorous, and descriptive! It’ s a great resource for parents and teachers to engage children in reading and learning about animals. This book makes it easy for adults and kids to find new and interesting things to learn and explore. Well done

So much fun!

This one came in very handy for a car trip and was as informative as it was entertaining. It kept two little ones under 10 very amused along with two kid-ults (us!). You can really tell there are two passions here, animals and laughter, and its a lovely combination. Happily recommend.

Fabulous Book

This is an awesome book about animals. The more I listened to this animals books the more And more I keep learning new stuff about animals. The author did a good job in simplifying the book to be easy to read. The author went further to provide more resources through links. This book is so entertaining and humorous. Fun tool for all ages

I truly enjoyed listening to this book, so much so that my wife wanted to continue listening with me! The listing of animals we especially interesting!

It really is amazing, and amusing!

I found both the facts and anecdotes alternately funny and surprising, and was left wanting even more. There remain a great many other animals for the author, a wildlife biologist, to write about because, as she says in the introduction, there are 1.371 million animals on Earth! Kids will love the story-based chapters, presented alphabetically by animal name. Audiobook buyers will also enjoy the free, illustrated pdf e-book version that comes with their purchase, and the kiddoes will enjoy the free coloring book even more!

Perfect for the kiddos!

One of my kiddos' favorite animal is the Vampire Squid. Don't ask me why. So when I told him that we were gonna listen to an audiobook with the vampire squid in it, you can imagine the excitement!
What's really neat about this particular audiobook is that the author is a wildlife biologist, so the facts are credible and interesting. Overall, this audiobook was well-narrated for kids and even interesting for adults.

Great listen!

It's very interesting animal facts. I like the information that is not just for kids but also for adults because it has so many facts about each animal. I like how it organizes from A-Z so it is easily remembered the name and their facts better.
