Too short!!!

This is a nice story, but very short. I can only give it 3 stars. I will definitely read more work of author C.J. Warrant; listening to the two narrators on this book brings the MCs to life. Tim was a bit reluctant, with reason, but James is a darling, he could convince Tim and six years later it was sealed with a ring. 😍

I loved this book. Dan Levy and Dillon Horinek really bring this story to life and make you love the characters even more. Timothy Scott leaves from Los Angeles after his boyfriend cheated on him. He moves to San Antonio hoping for a fresh start. He wants to volunteer local humane society. His world is turned upside down when he sees a childhood bully there. James Cannon was disowned after being outed by his brother and disowned by his family. He is in shock when he sees high school crush volunteering at the shelter. Can James convince Timothy to give him a chance? Or will the past ruin any chances of happiness?
