I enjoyed this book

Aside from the book skipping through the first half of chapter 30, it went well.
A Brit humor at heart, I found myself laughing out loud a few times.
This was light hearted and a totally fun listen.
I will try this author again.

Great story paired with excellent narration. Steven Crossley does an amazing job with this book. Each character was identifiable brought vividly to life. Steven Crossley enhanced all of the dry humor. I caught myself laughing out loud. I wish he narrated all of the Jackson Brodie series

complex and entertaining plot

I loved how the story came back together over and over. a great story! I almost want to read it again

Glad it’s over

I listened to the first book in the series, Case Histories, and enjoyed it very much, although the narration was so-so. In this second book the only positive thing that stood out was the narration. The story was all over the place and generally uninteresting. The Jackson Brodie character in this book did not appeal to me at all.
I am glad this is over. I will give #3 a try.

Not formulaic

The complex, overlapping narratives in this constellation book provided entertainment, redemption and humor. Well done. Gonna go find other books by her. And of course Steven crossley is like friend by now.

Exciting from the beginning to the end

This the second book I've read by Kate Atkinson and is even more riveting than the first book I read

Fantastic! Entertaining, witty, and funny to the e

Entertaining, witty, and funny crime mystery from page one to the end. Atkinson masterfully weaves the suspects and characters together in almost ridiculous but humorous series of events. Loved it!

Not for me.

I like a book that has a lot of detail and character development, but this is the first book that I’ve ever read that gave more detail than actual story. Way Way way too much filler and details about characters that just come and go. The mystery was good one, but they could’ve shaved off a third the book, and gotten to the conclusion faster. Great narrator.
