I enjoyed this book

Aside from the book skipping through the first half of chapter 30, it went well.
A Brit humor at heart, I found myself laughing out loud a few times.
This was light hearted and a totally fun listen.
I will try this author again.

Great story paired with excellent narration. Steven Crossley does an amazing job with this book. Each character was identifiable brought vividly to life. Steven Crossley enhanced all of the dry humor. I caught myself laughing out loud. I wish he narrated all of the Jackson Brodie series

complex and entertaining plot

I loved how the story came back together over and over. a great story! I almost want to read it again

Boring

I struggled to finish it for this book never peaked my interest. the narration was good.

Hilarious!

Story is ridiculously good and the author's intensely cruel and ironic sense of humor will keep you more than casually interested. The narrator's comedic timing brings all the absurdly real characters to life. You will want to listen to it over and over.

Really Enjoyable Book!

This was a smart and entertaining story with details and changes of perspective that had the reader piecing things together until the end. Narrator did a great job with all the different characters. Really enjoyed listening to this book!

One Good Turn

This book was pretty interesting, I like Steven Crossley as the narrator. Kate Atkinson did a good job writing the book.

Victims and Victimizers, Patsies and Users; a Horrible Universe!

Wow! Is Kate Atkinson a good writer? No doubt, very talented. But her vision of people and humanity—soooo painful. A couple of her characters in this book (Martin) is so “doormatty” and ridiculous that I found utterly painful to deal with him.
The universe and people of her world is just horrible. Very few redeeming characters so anyone that shows even the merest hint of humanity becomes a superhero! I would say that about 95% of her characters were just as*holes and the couple of people you could get behind became little islands, a place to get your breath before being cast back out into a hopeless world full of horrible people. Why did I keep listening— I must be one of the mindless masochists she writes about!!!! Very depressing.

Not formulaic

The complex, overlapping narratives in this constellation book provided entertainment, redemption and humor. Well done. Gonna go find other books by her. And of course Steven crossley is like friend by now.

Exciting from the beginning to the end

This the second book I've read by Kate Atkinson and is even more riveting than the first book I read
