Very Basic Information

I was desperately looking for a solid sleep training guide for my 5 month old. Came upon this book and was immediately regretful for wasting the time and money on it. The information is incredibly basic, so basic that it feels like it’s geared towered people who have no idea what a baby is. There’s a lot of “no s***” gems of wisdom like “don’t give your kid candy before bed”.. and very little actionable steps for sleep training. In fact, it’s just one short chapter. The rest is fluff masquerading as help.

Big help

my partner got us this book in an attempt to get our 2 month year old to sleep longer. We’ve both been listening to it and I can say we’re glad to get help as we were close to being at our wit’s end. If you’re a new parent, like us, I advice you to not wait getting this book until you’re completely exhausted. Even better, get it before your new-born arrives because you might not feel like learning about sleep patterns in those first months.

Results

Finished the book this week and I’m already seeing it having positive effects on my baby’s sleep. Get the sleep tracking sheets on her website before you start listening and start writing down those sleep habits, it’s a great tool.
