Historic fiction, with the added bonus of Christian values. No wonder this book is so in demand!

I love the way we got to listen to an old western romance without vile language and uplifting parts of scripture. I believe more people believe in God than do not. Thank you for writing this.

He does however promise to always be with you! This is a beautiful story of seeking God’s path and will set in a Wild West town of a Washington Logging community! Great story and characters. Very well written and narrated!

Inspiring

I thoroughly enjoyed this well-written story that drew me in from the start with the interesting characters. It is indeed a blessing to be able to enjoy books with good Christian principles included in the storyline.

Engaging and promising as you know it will end well

Enjoyed this book some time ago & just read it again…and am now moving on in the series. Not sure how close it portrays the history of Washington state, but its wholesome nature makes it sweet & worth reading!

I truly enjoyed this book. I only had one problem, and that was the pronunciation of “gallant”. Not bad!!

Sweet Story

I enjoyed the story and the weaving in of faith. I listened to this audiobook and my only drawback was the carotid southern accents of the townspeople. I just didn’t connect Washington state with so many southerners. Perhaps there were a lot who migrated northwest back then. It has nothing to do with the story, it just distracted me a bit.

Storyline - Narrator

Enjoyed the story and excited it’s part of a series. The narrator was amazing in changing voice, never skipping a beat, consistently entertaining. It looks like she’s narrator for all of this series so really looking forward to the rest!

I’m excited to have started this series. Christian values, good stories without the smut. Love it
