This book is laughably bad. All of the advice is garbage that you would get off Google or a self-help book. There is nothing here but platitudes and a compilation of suggestions taken from well meaning but uninformed friends.

Please save your money and your time. The grief recovery handbook is 100 times better than this useless laundry list of trite hackneyed matchbook pop psychology.
