Great addition to this series!!

This was such a touching, great story and in true Melissa Foster fashion, she had me hooked to the story from the start to finished. Grant, a disabled yet angry veteran for all that he has lost while struggling to find his present life while being reclusive and distant from those who truly care for him. Enter Jules or Pixie. She is his sister's best friend and a woman that has had feelings for him for some time. She also knows of emotional pain and does not want to see that same time of pain for Grant or his family. She brings light and positivity to Grant and wants to share her happiness for life. The pair have amazing chemistry together and a roller coaster of an emotional story to boot. Also in true Melissa Foster fashion, family plays such an important roll for this pair as it does with all of her books. In the audio version that was narrated by Jennifer Mack and Aiden Snow and this pair did a great job bringing the story to life and making it an enjoyable listening experience. Overall, this was a great read that I enjoyed from page one. I would also recommend this book to others.

Life of a wounded but well loved soldier. Very interesting on using your best words and deeds to heal them.

Absolutely loved this book especially since I’m a military wife. Must read if your haven’t read this book.

Keep tissues handy. Grant and Jules take heartache to new heights with their inspiring story. Foster paints an emotional portrait that is not always pretty, but makes quite the impression on a heart. My True Love is a tale of life lessons, hard knocks and uncertain hope that will give the mind something to think about while taking aim at the heart.

Beautiful Story!

This is the second book in The Steele at Silver Island Series. Jules And Grant’s story is beautifully written, emotional, heartbreaking, and heartwarming afterward. Jules is such a beautiful character, sweetheart, caring, and supportive. Grant is a survivor, broken, and grumpy. They are opposites attract, but they are so perfect together. Their journey is filled with drama and romance. The supporting characters are amazing. I love the family bonds in this story. Jennifer Mack and Aiden Snow did a fantastic job with the narration. #AudiobookObsession
