A life story by the great actress of her time.
If you could sum up My Life in Three Acts in three words, what would they be?
Helen Hayes was one of the greatest actresses of her time and to hear her talk of her life, her family and her successes on stage and screen is a real privilege. I loved every minute of it.
What did you like best about this story?
Her sweet voice and her ability to bring us into her story is priceless.
Have you listened to any of Helen Hayes’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Since she was telling of her truthful life, I do not consider it a performance, but rather her relaying her life in stories. She did so beautifully and honestly.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes but my schedule prevented me from doing so.
