Love the Representation

I loved the representation in the story. I loved the family aspect and the authentic way the culture was portrayed and the balance between staying true to your roots and striking out on your own journey. I felt like the plot allowed for the male character to unjustly take credit for the female character's accomplishments. The love story was beautiful, but it centered more on the male's needs that the female's needs. I liked it overall, but would have liked something that showed the female character's strength and character in the resolution of the plot.
