Nathaniel Parker, born in 1962, graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and went on to join the Royal Shakespeare Company. His television career began in 1988 when he played Flying Officer "Flash" Gordon in the LWT mini-series Piece of Cake. He is also the lead in the BBC series The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, based on the novels by Elizabeth George. Nathaniel Parker has an extensive list of audio books to his credit, ranging from the classics of Charles Dickens and Thomas Hardy to more modern writings and children's books.

Still nicely done

This is another well-told story, even if it doesn’t have the “spark” of previous installments. I enjoyed the cast of characters, but some could have been better developed: They really danced around some characters’ “picadillos” (sp?) without really giving an explanation. Still enjoyable, but not quite as engaging as others.

Another enjoyable mystery in this series. Be sure not to miss it. Likable characters and well narrated.

Our two characters, Kat & Harry, solve yet another murder mystery; this time in a Scottish Castle! Well done as always!

Classic

I have not loved this series as much as Cherringham, but I am so glad I bought this one. It's fantastic - ticks all the boxes. Just the narration of Kat's voice does not work

Always so much fun!

I enjoyed this story. As always the repartée between Kat and Harry is wonderful and I love how romantic their relationship is. The setting was interesting, but I felt the story got a little bit convoluted toward the end. I do feel that it was probably a reasonable look into early Hollywood filmmaking, and back room dealing. All in all very enjoyable.
