I always enjoy the glimpses and insight this series provides of the so-called Gilded Age, but so much more the mysteries, adventures, and relationships of Emma and other characters in this series.
At long last, it seems Emma's heart has led her to the man she loves, and that alone creates all sorts of complications. It was so satisfying and fun to watch them solve the latest Newport murders together; not to mention entertaining as they moved through a quagmire of clues and red herrings to solve the crimes. The accompanying dilemmas are the icing on the cake, so to speak. I love this series, and the narration is perfection.
