The series gets better and better with each book.

I am a fan of the Mister Series, and now that I'm listening to the books the stories and characters are more appealing to me. The series is about five men who, as college students, are accused of a crime they didn't commit. All five men are hot, successful, and have secrets that unfold a little with each new story.

Mr. Corporate is the most "edge of the seat" mystery to me so far. There is the major story arc through the series regarding what happened in college and why. Who is behind the accusations and why do they want to hurt these particular men? There is also the second chance romance between Weston Conrad and Victoria Arias.

Weston and Victoria (Tori) are on again, off-again lovers since college. When the relationship is good, it is on fire and works for both West and Tori. However, Tori takes offense to everything West says and does romantically causing problems.

Tori is a major witch with a "B" in the beginning. What I like is that as the story moves and the characters develop we learn some of Tori's secrets. These revelations soften the readers' judgment regarding her actions.

The narrators did a fantastic job bringing this story to life. I enjoy the way Abby Craden has the tone of a "Queen B" in the beginning then as the story unfolds, she softens, and we feel Victoria's love for West.

Ryan West does an excellent job narrating Weston Conran's point of view. His contradiction of strength and weaknesses come through his voice and give me a complete picture of the character. I love how Ryan conveys Weston's inner conflict regarding Victoria. Weston knows that Victoria is the woman for him but also faces the fact that their union may never happen.

The narrators gave me new insight into this couples' story, and, while I like the book when I initially read it, the audio gives me the opportunity to see the events from a different perspective. The mystery and the secrets these friends hold are cause for more anxiety. Also, this time listening to the story, I feel more fear for the group, not just this couple.

I can't wait for Mr. Mysterious. Great job!

GREAT EXPECTATIONS FOR JA HUSS

I love J.A. Huss style of storytelling. They're very captivating. This series is incredible. The narrators are great. The storyline will keep you on the edge the entire time and leave you wondering until the end. I'm loving the entwining of her characters in her series and the connection. Man, I'm hooked.

Entertaining

This is the 3rd story in the Mr. Series, I'm not sure how I feel was very interesting. I very intrigued by the underlining story going through these books. This was definitely an enemy to lovers. I had a hard time liking or connecting to the female character. which is different for me. Don't get me wrong the story was very entertaining .

Sexy and Suspenseful

This story about Mr. Corporate and Tori is different from the first two - more heat, contempt, and rivalry from the first page. It takes us on a crazy adventure, stranded on a deserted island, people trying to kill them, and lots of sizzle between these two characters. I can't wait to find out who is behind all the drama.

Well played, JA...well...played....

I can't say enough about these stories that are wonderfully written by JA Huss. She is so clever. You think one moment, "oh, must be another romance story", then BAM!!!! she comes in with this special agent, black ops, mystery type story line that just makes you go, "WOW!!!, Didn't see that coming!" So you're just readin along and realize, "Hey, there's a bigger story here!" But, you gotta continue to the next one to put the whole puzzle into place. Also, just because this is a series, don't think for one moment that you know what's going on because you don't you have to read the next set of books. JA doesn't put all her eggs in one basket or series in this case, No, she gives you tidbits from each series, or each novel she writes. Well played JA...well...played.....until the next story.

Such a fun listen!

I stumbled about JA Huss earlier in the summer, and I find myself completely enthralled. The Mr. series is a can't miss.

The first female main character I didn’t like

I love the story, but I didn’t like how abusive Victoria was. She is the first main female charter I truly dislike from J A Huss. Domestic violence isn’t cute at all.

There is someone for everyone!

I like the plot and Mr. Corporate is a great character BUT Victoria's self-righteous, condescending attitude makes me want to throw this book into the freezer {Friends J/K} lol, No But seriously I've always rooted for the females in most books but this lady ... I'm finding it hard to care, I guess there is someone for everyone! Oh well, on to the next!

I can't wait to find out the mystery of the Misters!

I hate the heroin

Victoria was abusive. She is totally a person to hate. The story line is great despite the hated character. Worth the credit.
