My mother gave me this CD when I was a child. I have used it since but worried I would lose it. I finally found this original recording on Audible!!! His genuinely caring approach to calming the mind truly promotes self healing through visualization. Ch 1 is for peaceful sleep and ch 2 is for daily confidence and motivation. Thank You Dr. B. Siegel, for all the work and research you have done!!!!
