Very good for those searching for mental calmness in day today life. meditation practice with it is good

Good for those searching for mental calmness

I was disappointed to realize that instead of 3 hours of guided meditation or affirmations, this recording is really 2 half hour sections that each repeat 3 times. The chapters are labeled inaccurately as well, since they each indicate there will be some kind of relaxing background music or sounds to accompany the recording. Maybe that would have explained the repeated same two sections of meditation. But there was no music in the recording!

Overall it was not worth using a credit on what amounts to a single hour of meditation. I haven't found a better pregnancy or birth themed option on audible, so I'm still giving it three stars, but the stars are just because there aren't better options.

This guided meditation is wonderfully relaxing, another great way to de-compress from a stressful day. The meditations are soothing, the background music's beautiful.

Wonderful soothing guided meditation. Great for just before bed or falling asleep. Nice soothing narration. Definitely recommend this one.

Loved every single bit of it. Easy listen, excellent narrator, smooth story. Loved the fact that meditations are ordered at the end of the guided meditation
