Love can strike when you least expect it. I love these suspenseful books. They can be read independently but also have great tie ins that make you want to read the others.

Another Fabulous Story with the Perfect Narrator!

Mating a Grizzly is really high up there on my list of favorite Dianna Love books. The push and pull between Ellie and Justin is perfect for their personalities, and their attraction is intense. They spend a lot of time butting heads, but with two strong characters it's much needed.

Originally, I honestly wasn't a fan of Stephen R. Thorne, but I think he's the perfect narrator to tell this story.

This is a great book; this book is the second book in the League of Gallize Shifters series written by Dianna Love. This book has it all suspense, adventure, romance and paranormal. These books keep getting better and better. This is a great book with a wonderful story and well developed characters. This book will keep you reading long into the night. The author and the narrator did a great job on this. I really enjoyed listening to it and I am looking forward to the next book in this great series.

Elianna was born as an outcast to her mother’s polar bear clan for being of mixed heritage. She was made to feel so inferior that she barely allowed her bear to show herself because of being so ridiculed. Her father was an alpha grizzly that didn’t help or claim her as an offspring which took place during one of his adulterous affairs. It wasn’t until after the death of her mother that Elianna meet her father and negotiated a deal that she thought would allow her and Nico a young boy that she had rescued to live free and un-hunted.
Justin a Gallize shifter from the Boudreaux grizzly bear clan from Louisiana didn’t fare any better growing up He was picked on so ruthlessly growing up since his bear wouldn’t emerge that he left the clan at the age of 18. Then he meet the Guardian who called up his Gallize Grizzly Bear and taught him how to be a solider. When Justin was assigned to be Elianna’s bodyguard to escort her to Louisiana to be married to a bear picked by the Boudreaux Alpha everything did not go as planned. The chosen Boudreaux mate put a death contract out on her not wanting to marry until he had secured his goal of being the Boudreaux Alpha. During their fight to stay alive and find out who was behind the kill order Elianna and Justin discover that they are soulmates and Elianna finds out just how special and rare her and her bear really are.

Update: I listened to the audio version and still utterly enjoyed this book. The narrator is the same as previous books and goes the growly thing very well.

2nd in the paranormal romance from the League of Gallize Shifters. Can stand alone.

Justin and his bear Herc had no expectation of ever finding a mate. As an elite black ops warrior he protects those he is assigned to with dedication and authority. But his newest charge, Elianna, tries his patience by saying “No” for any request or order he tries to give her.
His new goal: get her to smile.
Elianna has had a difficult life and refuses to be treated like a princess. She finds Justin frustrating and he says the most outrageously silly things. The more time she spends with him, the more she and her bear are intrigued.

This couple was adorable in their attempting to understand each other but getting it wrong for the most part. When they finally talked it out, it was sweet to see their attraction and acceptance growing for each other.
It was amusing that Justin named his bear, even though technically they are one. The name then gave them separate and distinct personalities. Then add Monty to the mix. Humorous.

An intriguing paranormal romance series with enemies, lovers, deep friendships and a fatal mating curse. I look forward to reading more of these shifters finding their mates while defeating the drug runners.
