1990s Sales Managing Skills
Things change, including Sales Management techniques. This audio shows it's age. I learn something from everything but I had to invest 4 hours to come away with just a few ideas. Ron needs to update this audio or stop making it available. It references a work book available on his website but I can not locate it.

Managing for sales results
Good content but somewhat lacking in structure... more of broad management skills. Would have liked more depth on the DISC in relation to sales staff.
