Jody's self-described "Damascus Road Transformation" led him on a journey to search the scripture to find what he had been missing his whole life, Jesus Christ. In this journey, the Word if God took over in a way he never expected. Searching for men in the church to help in him in his walk, he found very little help and in the process found men that needed the same kind of help. "Church had become a religion, not a relationship" says Jody in his audiobook. The relationship he is talking about is the relationship with Jesus Christ and it seemed as if men in the church had become complacent and not living up to the challenge to live a separated life.

easy to listen too, great for any level of faith

easy read. good content. I would recommend. short to the point, precise. should give to any man who is in any area with God. starts off good stories and changes to application later on.

Hard to accept

Hard to accept some of these topics. However I’m glad I came to this book. It is in fact time for us all to MAN UP! I would recommend this book to a lot of men that I personally know.

Talk about something that hit close to home. If your a man that has stood one foot in and one foot out with the lord and have never really committed this is the book to read.

what a great eye opening book

saved me from the burnt out Christian and set me on fire again. I read this as I was going thru some serious marital problems. God put this book in my path at the perfect timing. A kairos moment in my life. Thank you God!
