struggled to finish this book...lots of content and not sure if all of it is necessary.

Valuable insights for leading a small group

I found the content to be very helpful in learning how to effectively lead a small group and navigate challenges that occur in small groups. The content was dry at times and I had trouble staying engaged sometimes or motivated to listen to it, but overall, I found the book to be helpful.
