Would you consider the audio edition of Lure of the Dragon to be better than the print version?

I am torn which I like better the print or audio

I can't say there was 1 more memorable then another

Wish the author would have kept going with book

Wish the author would have finish the book after Kai and Tessa mate so you could imagine what her dragon would look like.

Firey

This is the first book in the Aloha Shifters- Jewels of the Heart Series. Lire of the Dragon is sure to warm your heart and fire up your desire for the next book. The only complaint I have is that it wasn't long enough. Lol The story flew by. Kelsey Osborne is a wonderful narrator. I love listening to her.

Amazing!!!

I loved this book till the very end. Awesome! Amazing!! and an outstanding romance!!! It''s these type of books I like to get lost and see a different kind of world.

Not quite the Jewel I thought it would be

To start this wasn't a bad read/listen. The story although was interesting and had my attention there were a few flaws within the storyline and I wanted a little more development for the main characters and between our dragon and his mate.
The biggest flaw within the story that really should have been corrected is Kai's mother who is human and died did in fact birth Kai....but later we learn that Tessa is so special because she can birth a baby that could shift...which other humans apparently can't since (and I am paraphrasing but close) "any child from a human couldn't shift and dragons wouldn't care about any baby from a human for that reason". This is a BIG whole in the storyline.

I will give the next book another try and the author as well. Worth the credit...if you can overlook a few holes...

Story was great but it could have tied up loose strings in the ending better.

Here there be Dragons

I love dragon books. This is a fun fast read that had me hooked from page 1. Who would blame me? Dragons, bears, and wolves. Oh my! Time to dive right into the next one.

Fighting for his mate

Have you ever had a book on your mind and you knew you had to stop and read the book. Well that is what it was like for me and this book. I am so glad I did. This book was awesome.

Now I am obsess with audio books so I done the whispersync thing with this book. I loved listening to the narrator’s voice. The only thing I did notice was she might leave out some words or rearrange a sentence from time to time. The only way I knew this was because I was following along in the book. It was not enough to make a difference or change what the author was trying to say in the story. I noticed it in this book and book two as well.

When reading this book I tried to imagine what Tessa was feeling. Here she was a private chef that in one night found out about shifters and had a mad dragon after her. Two top that off she is sent to a group of shifters for protection, two of them being dragons. Yeah, I think that would be a tough pill to swallow. There had to be so much fear, confusion, and curiosity all rolled into one.

The one thing I love about this story is the shifters human side and animal side seem to have their own personality and their own way of thinking. Kai who was a dragon shifter was no different in this book.

Tessa felt this magical pull when it came to Kai. It was like fate or destiny was pulling them together. There was something in her that was letting her know they were mates. She could not help but want him, carve him, and need him.

Kai on the other hand was at war with his inward self. He did not want a human mate. He feared taking a human mate and for good reason. When you get to read some about his past you will understand. His dragon on the other hand was different. His dragon recognized her as their mate and was always speaking it mind to Kai.

Though Tessa was in already danger the danger will increase. Kai will need to do what ever it takes to keep her safe. Tessa will also find out secrets about herself and why her as a human is so greatly wanted as a possession in the dragon community.

This book will keep you on the edge of your seat. Though there are some things I would of loved to seen at the end of this book, it is not a deal breaker with me. This is a book I would highly recommend to those that love shifter books. To me it is a must read.
