Looking forward to book 2!

I really enjoyed this book and love/hate that it ended in a cliffhanger! :) If I had one suggestion, it would be to change the book cover. I love the cover and I loved the narrator, but the two of them were not a match for me at all! The narrator's voice doesn't sound believable for the age of the man in the cover, so with this being an audiobook, it feels similar to not quite getting the cast right in a movie. Changing the cover would change my expectations of what I was listening for in the story and would strangely improve the overall experience of listening to the book for me. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Insta-love, meet cute...

Cute novella...AJ goes home to find his twin, Jessie, because he just knows that Jessie is injured. When he arrives, Jessie isn’t around but he meets a beautiful woman who collapses at his feet...Jessie’s girl. Miscommunication and continued vandalism won’t keep one of the twins from having his HEA.

Good Listen

AJ thought Rina was his brothers girl and wanted her. He did not make a move until his brother told him they were just friends and step up. Rina has been plagued by bad men doing things to make her business and life miserable. She hid the extent of danger she was in until her friend was hurt. Can AJ help her through this mess and have a relationship. Good Narration.

An enjoyable listen

This was a nice quick enjoyable listen... It ended on a cliffhanger...GRRR! I liked the characters and their interactions. It was interesting to see the contrasts and comparisons between the two brothers. I liked AJ and Rina and Jessie as well. I am sure others will enjoy listening or reading their story as well. The narrator did a good job and I would listen to another book read by them.

Wow great read

This book is packed full of pull you in storylines. I enjoyed listening to this book and can’t wait for the next book.

Great Read

Loving Jessie's Girl: Love on the Double, Book One was a great read by L.A. Remenicky. AJ had always lived in his twin brother's shadow until he left after college. He started to fear for Jessie's safety, so he left everything to find him. In looking for Jessie he found who he thought was his girl, Rina, who needs help herself. Little does he know that Rina is only Jessie's best friend. I really enjoyed reading AJ and Rina's story and cant wait to read more by L.A. Remenicky. R. William James did a great job at narrating the characters.

Odd narrator pick

I was expecting something totally different from the cover to what the book actually was. Odd.
The book has some good things going for it but the bad outweighs the good. The story never developed and left too many loose ends. Also, the characters are supposed to be close brothers but strangely enough don't communicate well. The narrator's voice is not suited for this book in my opinion. It's way too old sounding and threw me off from the beginning.
