Love You Anyway is the second book in the Buttercup Hill series. It is a brothers college best friend, age gap, small town, close proximity romance. This was a cute fun read between Colin & PJ. It's full of passion & steam. You get all the feels, witty banter, over protective siblings and so much love. This was an enjoyable read.

Hannah Chiclana & Aaron Donaghue did a great job job bringing this story and these characters to life.

It is great to be back in Stacy Travis’ “Buttercup Hill” series for another fabulous romance novel, a brother’s best nerdy billionaire and his friend’s younger sister romance. Buttercup Hill Vineyards, a vineyard in Napa, owned and operated by the Corbetts, and each book in the series features a different sibling, and this second book is the youngest daughter, Penelope June, aka PJ or Junebug. She is the public relations coordinator for the family business, the fixer of all and also a spitfire, not afraid to speak her mind. Colin Hathaway, an astrophysicist and self-made billionaire, is Archers good friend and former college roommate, and when Colin needs to get away from it all and stay low key, so Archer offers him one of their cabins. PJ and Colin have a somewhat awkward first meet, but he found her intriguing, and it was clear from the start that there was an undeniable chemistry between them, but he knew he needed to steer clear, not only because of who she was but because of the baggage he brings. Colin is career focused and does not have time for a relationship and PJ is not looking for one, but the two can not stay away from each other and they could only deny themselves for so long. It was great to watch these two get to know each other and see their relationship morph into something more, despite neither one wanting it, all is good until he needs to get back to his life, and as a nerdy workaholic he is not relationship material, but if you want something bad enough, you make it happen even if you have to compromise, if he does not blow it with her first. I adored these two and was rooting for them the entire time. This wonderfully plotted, multilayered story has the perfect balance of drama, angst, charming humor and witty dialogue, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. The Corbetts are still trying to figure out what their father did with the money and they are finally on to something after discovering something very interesting. I am looking forward to seeing where that goes and for the next book in the series, Dash’s story. Stacy Travis, thank you for another wonderful story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 Hannah Chiclana and Aaron Donaghue’s wonderful performance continues and they do an amazing job bringing the characters to life, humanizing them with their personality and giving each a voice that suits them perfectly. Chiclana was a natural in her role as PJ, handled her witty dialogue with ease and never missed a beat, and Donaghue was just as fabulous in his role as Colin. Both were fantastic performing the roles of the secondary characters too. You could hear how much heart they put into their performance as they capture all the characters’ emotions and have you feeling each one. These two voice artists are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to.

Get ready for this audio to hit a lot of your tropes. PJ and Colin are the perfect match because they allow themselves to be vulnerable without even meaning to. PJ is the little sister who feels unseen/misunderstood while she tries to prove that she’s changed. Colin is a workaholic who hasn’t taken time to do much outside of work or work engagements. When Colin and PJ meet it starts off with banter/sparks that will have you falling in love.

Love You Anyway by Stacy Travis was a brother's best friend small-town romance that did deliciously good things to my heart. PJ and Colin's journey to HEA is full of steamy twists and swoony turns that make this book a fun, low-angst listen. This is book 2 in Stacy's Buttercup Hill series.

Hannah Chiclana and Aaron Donaghue perform this audiobook in dual narration. Both narrators do a great job of bringing their characters to life. Hannah captured PJ's dedication to the winery and desires for Coline perfectly while Aaron conveyed Colin's doubts and confidence brilliantly. Both brought the longing and the heat too!

Overall, I enjoyed this audiobook. It was an easy, quick, and loveable listen. I look forward to more from Stacy Travis.

I adored PJ and Colin’s relationship from the very beginning. Their connection was immediate and electric. Colin, a billionaire businessman and astrophysicist, is hiding out at his best friend’s winery to dodge a PR scandal. Meanwhile, PJ, the sassy and witty younger sister of the Corbett family, is always busy managing the winery’s various challenges. Their meet-cute was absolutely charming ☕♟. I loved their chess games, stolen moments, and sweet dates. Colin was truly a dream 🥰. The book was filled with angst and forbidden romance as they tried to keep their relationship a secret from Jackson.
 
🎧 The narration by Hannah Chiclana and Aaron Donaghue was fantastic. They brought the story to life with heartwarming moments and relatable characters

💭I’m a sucker for both billionaire and small-town romances, so putting them together made me love this story even more. Their relationship was a slow burn, with plenty of spoiling moments by Colin, just how I like a billionaire romance to be! I would prefer Colin to grovel a bit more, but that public grand gesture almost made it up, so I was okay with it. This book was the perfect mix of sweetness and steam, and it’s a fantastic addition to the series!

I really love it when an author sticks with the same narrators throughout a series – it just brings a sense of comfort and familiarity to the story. Both of them were fantastic, as always, and I thoroughly enjoyed their performances. I couldn’t imagine anyone else bringing this story to life the way they do!

This is the 2nd book in the Buttercup Hill series. I love this small town we get to visit with each book. PJ (Penelope) runs the public relations department at her family's winery and Colin is the brother's best friend, billionaire 'hiding out' for a few weeks to escape from some bad press. Well que the fireworks because this couple certainly can't stay away from each other but decide to keep things a secret since their time together is limited. They had all the feels and swoon, I mean a helicopter ride to see Mars through a special telescope?!?! I loved watching them develop into a real couple throughout the book.

Hannah Chiclana and Aaron Donaghue are both new to me narrators, but they did a fabulous job bringing these characters to life.

Amazing and beautiful

Absolutely love this small town romance. The build up for Collin and PJ keeps me on edge wanting to see how the sparks will combust into flames. The yearning for one another has me screaming for them to break what rules they think there are and to run into each others ares. When they finally do the romance is tearful and leaves you in awe. The spice leaves you dripping from the heat and in the end you can’t wait to see how their story will unfold. Hannah Chiclana and Aaron Donaghue were amazing bringing these two to life and giving the romance a voice. Emphasizing the feelings of passion , fear of losing them, and the desire of their love.

From their fiery from meeting to their passionate battle of wills, Travis grabs your attention. Chiclana and Donaghue push the boundaries of heartache and temptation within this paradox of love. With a hint of mystery and an overwhelming amount of heart, Love You Anyway brings the burn to romance.

Colin wind up in buttercup hills because a pr disaster and his best friend is archer Pj( penelope) is Archer. Colin and Pj meet each other in a coffee, in which Pj needed coffee and Colin is undecided and PJ gets irritated. That when Archer come in and introduced each other and Archer warns Colin to stay away from her. when they become neighbors PJ and Colin spend time together and she gives him advice about his dilemma so when he goes back to his company and fixing his image. They start seeing each other going back and forth. PJ family has been going thru financial issues because of their father who has been diagnose with dimentia and his secrets are reveal and everyone has been stun by it. when Colin make the biggest mistake of his life he trying to figure how to get PJ back and Archer give him an advice. Colin help Archer with being a silent partner. So when Colin have an interview Pj confront Colin about the investment and their relationship and Colin spill his love for her.
