While the story was at times interesting, it seemed more of a mushed up bunch of stories read by a totally incompetent performance hindered by terrible editing! Pretty much 15 hours of tormenting listening. Don’t waist a credit!!

Great Audiobook - Chapter 3 is Complete

I guess they must have fixed chapter 3 because it was not cut off when I listened. Fascinating book.

The same telling of history.

A bit more romantic but all in all it's the same world history you learned in school. If you loved it, you still will. If it repulsed you, it still will. It's a Euro American perspective of the story. And it's very nicely told other than that it's nothing new.
