George Granville Monah James was a Guyanese-American historian and author. His 1954 book Stolen Legacy argues that Greek philosophy and religion originated in ancient Egypt. James contends that Greek philosophy was based on ideas and concepts borrowed from the ancient Egyptians. He argues that when Alexander the Great invaded Egypt, he captured the Royal Library at Alexandria and that Egyptian ideas then spread to Greece.

What my people should learn in all schools
I’m glad to have the privilege to enjoy your book ,this is a book that all of my grandchildren and family will hear about . I’m 74 years old and I didn’t know anything about Mansa Musea and Timbuktu.

Awesome and easy educational read
If you are a history buff you will love this book. This book provides geographical location as well as family lineages. This book was fascinating and very educational.
