Resumen del Editor

Condemned to repeat the sins of the past...

Faye thought losing her parents was the most devastating thing to happen to her, but she was wrong. Her uncle's scandalous revelation has sent her into a tailspin, leaving her questioning her entire existence.

Everything she believed is built on a lie. And the one person she shares a passionate, soul-deep connection with can't be there for her.

Faye and Ky can't be together. It's forbidden. Though they are determined to avoid replicating their parents' mistakes, caving to their feelings is as tempting as the apple in the Garden of Eden.

Ky had sworn off girls until Faye bulldozed her way into his life. Now, she's his whole world, and their forced separation is crushing him. Once his manipulative ex resurfaces - hell-bent on ruining the Kennedys - he'll do whatever it takes to protect his loved ones, including turning his back on the one person he can't live without. Then tragedy strikes, and all bets are off.

But is it too late?

When Faye needs him and he isn't there for her, guilt and hurt threaten to obliterate their love. As they start to rebuild their fractured hearts, another sordid family secret is uncovered, and Faye worries Ky may be lost to her forever. But can you truly lose someone if they don't want to be found?

Drama, Angst and Secrets!

This is the second book in a three book series and you must read Finding Kyler first especially with the cliffhanger at the end of that book!

After getting the disastrous news at the end of Finding Kyler Faye and Kyler have an agreement to not be together and they are each trying to deal with the bombshell on their own. When the truth comes out they should have a happy reunion, right? No you are so wrong as another family secret is exposed which throws everything into turmoil once again.

This author can certainly create characters as whether you love them or despise them they definitely draw you in. Another drama filled book with an epic cliffhanger but Keeping Kyler is out so we can breathe again.

I thought the narrator did a good job but there are a lot of male voices she needs to master. I voluntarily reviewed an complimentary copy of this book.

OMG so DULL and to long!

The story is decent and I know it’s a high school story, but the delivery of some lines are so cheesy and sound so immature. The narrator’s Irish is terrible and her male voice is even worse. When she speaks all the male voices it sounds like she is whispering with a lisps. Every line of Kyler’s is cheesy that it makes me cringe. I love all other books of Siobhan and don’t know where she went wrong with this series. It’s going to be hard to finish this series and I will most likely skip chapters just to get thru it.

Part 2

Well I really loved the story. I like the voice but not for the 'american' parts. At the beginning of one chapter it seemed like it was an entirely different voice. I think if someone with an american accent did the other voices it would have been nicer to listen to.

Suspenseful, tantilising, and teasingly delectable

Readers never know the true history and story of these characters until the author artfully lays it out with a wow! Family is about the heart and soul of people and these main characters are that above all. I can't wait to read what happens next.

Entertaining, Good Narration

I'm really loving this series! Siobhan Davis has the ability to keep me reading from beginning to end, I started the book and didn't stop till I finished! Normally, there's some things in this book that aren't usually for me when I choose a book, but Siobhan Davis' writing is just so involving and real that the true heart and soul of the book shines through!

I'm enjoying the Irish accent of the narrator, it's fun to listen to the pronunciation of some words with the Irish accent. Her tone is clear, and she does a good job. It is kind of funny to hear her do the male voices though, Kyler sounds a little weird, lol, but overall, I really like the listening experience.

This is the 2nd book in this series, so you'll definitely want to read the first book, since this book picks up right where the first book ended. This review may have slight spoilers for book 1. So, at the end of the first book, there is a big cliffhanger that has left Faye and Kyler reeling! Faye and Kyler are devastated hearing this news, and the budding relationship between the 2 takes a major hit with this news; which is to be expected under the circumstances! And on top of that, they have to deal with the rape charges against Kal, Brad's feelings for Faye, and that skeeze Addison, who Kyler may not be quite finished with, and if that weren't enough there's a murder mystery to boot! All of these crazy things lead to some major Draaammma and a whole lotta awesome! Most of the characters get on my nerves at times; even Faye due to a certain stupid party incident, but that just makes them more real to me because of their flaws. I will say some of these characters need to keep it in their pants! That would cause a lot less problems! The romance is definitely heartfelt and deep, and I could feel the intense emotions in Siobhan Davis' words. Faye and Kyler have a lot to deal with, and the secrets keep on coming! I'm so sad that I'm going to have to wait now for the next book because I want it now! (ala Veruca Salt of Willy Wonka fame) So, in conclusion, if you want some craziness, angst, drama, and some raw emotion then read this book! Siobhan Davis has done it again! Love all of her books!!

Better than a soap Opera!

This second book in this audiobook series was fast paced and full of angst! The storyline keeps your attention glued bet than the most twisty soap opera. The characters are fully fleshed out and there are lots of unexpected surprises that pop out in the story. Again, this book ends in another huge cliffhanger, but luckily the author has the next audiobook released at the same time, so I’m going straight to it. As in the first book, I would have preferred male voice in the narration as well.

Great continuation of an epic story.

Siobhan Davis knows how to keep readers on the edge of their seats. She weaves different mini- stories together connecting them seamlessly. Only complaint is that this whole series should have been done in dual narration.

Losing Kyler

Losing Kyler is the second book in The Kennedy boys series. This book should be read after Finding Kyler as it continues on with Faye and Kyler's story. This book is told from dual points of views.

This book kept me on my toes. Secrets and lies came out and Faye doesn't know who or what to believe anymore. Her Uncle isn't who he seems and she's not sure what to think. She still has feelings for Kyler, but they are on the back burner while Kyler deals with his own things.

Kyler is going through his own battles. Even though he likes Faye, he's sworn off girls. He's done some messed up things to Faye trying to keep her away. Can she get through to him.

Narration of male Voices Disappointing

I liked the Irish boogie and the story is great but the male voices and intimate scenes were embarrassingly poor in terms of the narration -the 4 stars are all for this great book not the audio
