Great story, not so great dual narration!

The male narrator was awesome! The female narrator reading the male character's part was horrible! Female narrators make all the males sound like nasally dweebs! UGH. I don't understand why authors don't use duet narration. It makes the story flow in your mind like real life. I'm so glad the next book is only narrated by the male narrator! I didn't listen to the female parts after the first few chapters, but the parts that I did listen to were pretty good!!

This is a good continuation of a series. So often this is not the case and it is either the same story over and over or the series goes downhill with the author just churning out books anything to keep the series going. I look forward to the next book

Rare review

I don’t normally write a review, I just give a rating instead. I do t like the 15 word minimum.
That being said, I loved this book. The story was good but the narrators made the difference. The Louisiana accent totally brought it to life. Great job!

Gotta love Gator!

I’ve read a lot of werewolf/shifter stories, but this one was absolutely the best! Gator is hilarious and so is Poppy the two of them together was pure comedy. The only negative on this audiobook was the narrator for Poppy because she made a young graduate student sound like an old lady and I did not enjoy her performance at all. Otherwise, this is not your typical shifter romance and that’s what makes it great.

Lone Wolf had a mix of everything, suspense, action and of course romance. I enjoyed going on this ride with Gator and Poppy. These two are complex but perfect for one another.
