Good plot

Great hero and heroine was good except she was kind of Neely mouthed when it came to her stupid loser of a brother. I prefer strong assertive women for the heroine.

Drags on

The author had a great plot and good story but we don’t need to know what type of body wash she’s using or where in her purse she keeps her lighter. So much of the story was uninteresting to the point that I had to listen to it at 1.7 speed to get through, it was still interesting enough to stick with it and finish the book though.

slow and overly drawn out

Book drew everything out way longer than needed. FMC is too wishy washy, childish, & tstl. Says she knows how the Albanian mofia is but acts like she doesn't. Is doing everything to save her brother but still does things that if it were really the mafia would have actually had repercussions. Her word vomit mentally drove me crazy and had to skip through most of it just to get through the book. Writers need to create better lead females.

Sweet story

Light mafia 🌶 with a spin of Kosovo history. Not dark or with any triggers. A sweet age-gap romance

Story was entertaining, like some other readers, a dual point of view would have been a great asset.

Nothing much ever happens. Boy meets girl, will they fall in love? Never indoubt.
Don't waste your time.

I thought that she is super annoying & whining , I couldn’t stand her. I did like him tho.. I just wished the female lead was better

Could have been a Duet.

Good Story, but there was too much fill with description-then capsulized what could have been a whole second book in the Epilogue.

Story needs a male narrator…

Nike is so virile big and strong! The MMC definitely needs a male character. I’m happy the story was well written because the ONE sex scene between the main characters in last 85 % of book is so BORING.

Hints of a Dominant MMC

The story line is great, its a new one I havent really heard before. The MMC is portrayed as a Dominant Alpha take control in every situation type person. However, there was way more story than sex and he wasnt like that outside of the bedroom. I was looking forward to that part, but it was just missing.

Contains: Mafia, M/F, Over 21 FMC, Hints of a Dominant male but was never fully explored.
