the princess and the bodyguard

A great princess and her bodyguard romantic suspense story. A bit of a slow burn. Great family drama and of course love and twists.

The narrator has a super sexy voice but he is a bit robotic and incredibly slow!! I had to speed up the audio A LOT! It's why a < 200-page book is an 8 hr audio lol

Liam seems like such a grumpy man except when Tamira is around. She gives him a run for his money lol. He has saved her from something nasty that you need to listen to to find out and then becomes her current bodyguard when she decides to do a speech. Tamira seems so strong willed no matter the danger she faces and the rules she should follow as a female in her culture. I love this book because it shows that 2 different people from 2 diff worlds can still find love for each other. Maddie did such a great job writing this book and giving us a story full of mystery, action and romance wrapped into one. Carl has an awesome accent and read with so much emotion it was easy to feel what they were feeling! This whole series has been so good so far!!!

Another Great Addition to the Series!

This is the fourth book in the Eidolon Black Ops Series, a Romantic Suspense, and a standalone in an ongoing series. Liam and Princess Taamira’s story is entertaining and action packed. I like Royal Romance! Liam is such a great guy, protective, and supportive. Princess Taamira is such a beautiful woman, very strong, and caring. They are perfect together. The storyline is captivating. This is a great forbidden romance, and another great addition to the series! Carl Mason did an excellent job with the narration. I highly recommend this series! #SpectrumAudiobooks

Loved It!

The Cockney and the Princess is a cute story. Tamarah and Liam are the unlikelist couple, but there is no denying the inevitable. Liam is her bodyguard. Narrator Carl Mason was able to provide a Cockney accent for Liam.
