Final installment didn’t disappoint!

I have to say this final book did a great job of keeping you from being able to guess the outcome of multiple tense moments. I will never lose my appreciation for that. There were a couple of times that I had to stop listening because I was afraid of what the outcome was going to be. I love this series, and will be a listening to it again.

The final book in this series was captivating and lethal. Be warned, you will most definitely be glued to the page until the very last word.

Perfect for readers of contemporary romances.

The narrators were heaven to my eardrum. Fantastic finish!

I honestly loved this series and I am so sad that it is over. I love Eva and am loving her contemporary books so much. Ava Lucas and J.F. Harding did an amazing job narrating this book and series.

what a fitting end to this roller coaster of a series that kept you on the edge of your seat the whole time. An absolute must read and/or listen to.

Perfect ending for a great series!

A part of me is sad to say goodbye to these characters, but another part of me is glad that they got their happy ending. This series has been full of action and drama (and this last book was no exception). Knowing they are finally able to enjoy the relationship they found and settle into life made me glad! As always, the pace of this book was spot on. It always kept me guessing in the best of ways and never felt rushed or dragged out. This will definitely be a series to keep on my re-read list!

As for the narration, I give both of them 5/5 stars. They do a great job with these characters and really bring the story to life!

This is the perfect ending to this series. I love how the narrators have brought these characters to life and have truly enjoyed this series. I am sorry to see it come to an end.

Wow, you won't be expecting this.

As always, this pair of authors deal out the sexy scenes and the gritty life of the mob underworld. In book four, you will find many of the answers that caused her to go on the run in the first place. You will also see the guys maturing and bonding together for a tighter unit.

what a book

What a way to end this series. I have enjoyed reading/listening to Mercy and her guys from the very beginning and this book is action packed from the beginning to the end. You get answers about the past and about who is really in charge. I am sad to see these guys go, but I am happy with the ending

Fantastic conclusion to the series.

Mercy Katz and her lovers were all hit with drugged darts at the end of the last book. So, where were they when they came back to consciousness? Obviously, they weren't grabbed by the Storm's men or they wouldn't have woken up at all. But is the man who abducted them any better? He is giving then one week to get rid of the Storm's men from their county or else he will step in and kill them all and do it himself. If they don't take the deal he'll just start with them. So, a lose-lose proposition. They haven't had much luck to this point at besting Xavier. One step forward, two steps back. His latest gambit was to send Wylder's brother's dead body to the Noble mansion. How do you beat someone like this?

Needless to say, they take the deal. Now they just have to figure out how to do the nearly impossible in a week's time. Fortunately, they will gain an unexpected ally who will feed them inside information. But there are still plenty of battles to come and they may not all make it through.

Good story

Great ending to the series. The action and suspense continues until the very end and the story wraps up nicely.
