Very Enjoyable.

I liked it. It was a great book to listen to and had helpful tips. I actually wanted to listen to the end.

I wanted more. I wanted it differently.

Future search is a process inclusive of many elements and this book describes one of them in many dimensions. Leadership.

Discussed out of context to the other elements of organizational transformation made it difficult to discern the points of integration and ultimately the impact of successful implementation.

On their own, the points were well taken but as a part of a bigger ecosystem shift, I found them to be helpful hints or reminders but not game-changers.
