A vile conspiracy is hatched to bring down Deketomis; setting him up and attempting to convict him on a bogus murder charge would solve many of their problems.

Deke is in the trial of his life, which quickly becomes a media circus. But this good man will not go down without a bruising fight - especially when he finds his family threatened. And just as it seems that his enemies may have him cornered, he finds help from the unlikeliest source.

Amazing

I couldn’t stop listening the reading was excellent the story was captivating interesting moved along really well didn’t bore me for one moment. I really loved it and would recommend it for anyone it’s one of the best ones I’ve listen to and I’ve listen to quite a few

Author too political

Somewhat interesting story that contained the author's bias towards Republicans. His hatred of Fox news is obvious.

Enjoyed but...

While I enjoyed the book and thought the cases were great, I read to get away from the world. This should be labeled with the tag "strong political beliefs throughout." Leaving those out would have made the book a much better read and not taken anything from the story. was a disappointment because I that.

Fast paced and good story. didn't like the narration much but I really enjoyed the story and topic it covered.

The story was good but it was very drawn out. It could have been over long before it was. Narrator was great.

Great legal thriller

I loved this book. Great story. Wonderful plot with real characters. This is a story that will keep you on the edge of your seat. I will read more of this author’s work.

This author is now on my favorites list. This book was the second from this author, so far, and very good reading. A “hard to put down” story. Can’t wait to read his next book of Law and Vengeance. Two thumbs UP.
